Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
- The product is unopened, in its original packaging.
- You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from Majestic Fleur. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Majestic Fleur does not credit original shipping charges or Sale Returns. Majestic Fleur provides store credit for your returned item(s).
Edit, Cancel Order and Shipping Address Change
*Shipping Addresses can be changed ONLY if the order has not been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled we advise reaching out to the shipping carrier for an alternate solution.
*We cannot edit orders AT ANY TIME, if the order has not been fulfilled we can refund the order to store credit.

* We can have the item reshipped once received shipping address is verified or offer store credit. No Refunds!
(RTS) Returned To Sender
*If a package is returned to our warehouse, Majestic Fleur will provide the customer with store credit in the amount of the item price. We do not include the shipping cost.This is done so a new purchase can be made with the correct shipping address.
